Biography
I have been involved in the Agile/Scrum space for well over 10 years, leading large and small projects through to completion.
- Identified a process flow bottleneck in a computer hardware repair facility, saving 20% of technician time by eliminating both task switching and keyboard use for a common function.
- Trained team (developers, stakeholders, project owner) on story pointing and velocity to not only improve accuracy of value delivered per iteration, but also allow stakeholders to prioritize feature requests (eliminating an average of 20-50% of requests due to low ROI).
- Ensured every feature story had a clear acceptance criteria and definition of done, reducing the number of rejected stories to 0% at the end of each sprint.
- Coached teams on how to give feature demonstrations that were functionally flawless, to build and maintain trust from project owners, stakeholders and management
